- Source: Demandes de valeurs foncières géolocalisées (DGFiP / Etalab, Licence Ouverte 2.0), years 2021 to 2025.
- Simple sales only: a single dwelling (house or flat, outbuildings included) or building plots without construction. Sales of several dwellings, exchanges, auctions and off-plan sales are excluded.
- Price per m² = sale price / living area (dwellings) or plot area. Outliers removed.
- Median published from 5 sales; otherwise “n/a”. No figure is estimated.
- Downloadable data: medians by town, type and year (CSV).
- Aggregates by town only: no individual sale is shown at address level, in line with the DVF reuse conditions.
