  • Permits: Sitadel lists of the Ministry of Ecological Transition (SDES), Licence Ouverte 2.0: building permits and prior declarations creating homes or non-residential premises, development permits. Recent months are incomplete.
  • A permit is an authorisation, not a finished building: some are never carried out.
